Dear Colleagues,

The Conference ICMNE is SPIE biennial conference in Russia covering the whole area of micro- and nanoelectronics problems. Conference is focused on current and recent progress in micro- and nanoelectronics technologies, physics and devices. The Conference will include a micro- and nanoelectronic equipment and devices exhibition with participation SEMI® Moscow.

The official language is English. ICMNE-2005 single-page abstracts will be collected in a Book of Abstracts before beginning of the Conference. SPIE (http://www.spie.org) will publish the full-manuscript Proceedings after Conference termination.
